Mental Health: Colors of Wellbeing
Mental illness is often invisible, yet it shapes how millions of people experience the world each day. This exhibit brings those inner landscapes into view through art that expresses struggle, resilience, isolation, and hope. Each piece reflects a personal perspective on living with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and others. Rather than defining people by diagnoses, the works invite viewers to see the human stories behind them. We hope this collection encourages empathy, conversation, and a deeper understanding of mental health.
